How about a letter writing campaign to the company if they terminate her?  We'd have to know the company, in that event.  Perhaps, though, they would let her present evidence why it is to their benefit to let mom (I didn't even say make it easy for mom to!) continue to breastfeed and keep her job,
training and all.
