Hello all !
I know this has been broached on lactnet before but a search of the archives
gave me nothing conclusive(maybe there isn"t ?)
Someone close to me has been diagnosed with crohns disease. It makes sense to me that mothers milk would help - does anyone have any evidence,anecdotal or other that this is indeed the case ?
