I saw this article in my local paper yesterday and read the first part of it to my husband, who works for Eli Lilly! Of course, he knows my interest in it is what it implies about the formula "gifts" our hospital receives. Oh if only they could have substituted "formula" for "drugs" in the
article! In fact, I just got an email from Marsha Walker which said exactly that the same day! Our medical director called formula reps "a necessary evil". I say "why?" to the necessary part. My compatriots at my sister hospital have gotten one of the local formula reps banned from the campus
because of his unethical ways! Wish they could extend that to our campus!

Marsha, whose son is coming home on a pass in 2 weeks! My baby boy looks every bit the handsome soldier!!!
