regularly.

That's my gut feeling too but I am very aware of my lack of knowledge in
this area. One thing that does have me wondering is that I seem to recall
taking drugs myself (that were not associated with digestion) that directed
taking them with meals, before meals etc and I do wonder if this is related
to maximising absorption of the drug and whether there is a related
reasoning for timing of injestion of Domperidone?

For women relactating or inducing lactation the common dosage is 80-90 mg
per day. I think that is is a reasonable assumption that concentrations in
milk would increase proportional to dosage meaning you would expect 7.8 ug/L
in the milk of a woman taking 90 mg/day?
