Dear Friends:
As long as she is exclusively BREASTfeeding, and her baby is under 6
months old and she doesn't have her period, she has 98% protection from
conception.
For those folks that want more, two methods of birth control used
together give 100%.
So, she can use LAM plus any drugstore method.
If baby is older than 6 months, then she has more of a range of choices.
