Thank you for this message, I will check the archives to on just the same subject. I had a
disagreement with someone on this who didn't believe too much water could be bad and
until now didn't have time to look for the info. Your e-mail has brought it back to mind so
I can inform her and another lady who was genuinely interested in my opinion.
