This is the child who grew up with LLL. When in kindergarten and they had to
name what they wanted to be when they grew up, her answer was " pregnant!".
The teacher told her that wasn't a career and she said "yes it is-that's what
my mommy does". Her husband knows nothing about childbirth, breastfeeding or
babies. It will be an interesting mix. He comes from a traditional eastern NC
family. Maybe with the full contingent descending upon them, he can get a
crash course in breastfeeding. I know he thinks I am a fanatic but if he sees
a bunch of us, maybe we can convert him. Especially when he sees how healthy
and happy a breastfeeding baby is.
