Normal is a funny thing. In some ways it is set in
an arbitrary. When the "normal" range was set for
thyroid, milk supply was not on the radar screen of
the researchers who did the research or the docs who
set the numbers.
Life is complicated, one set of numbers doesn' work
for all people throughout their life spans. Perhaps
Lisa is correct, the range of normal needs to be higher
for bfing women. How does one make such a thing happen
in the medical world?
