Okay, everyone, what *should* the title of the article be? There is a name
for "not breastfeeding"; let's start using it. I just don't see that we'll
turn things around until the absurdness of a title like that jumps out at
researchers and journal editors alike. My letter to Lancet goes today; I'll
be looking for this journal next. ("Not smoking and diseases of the lung?"
Aaugh!)
