hand expression/ like so many things is really cultural... if you talk to
pam. m. in zim, all of her moms hand express, they find it efficient and
effective... american's as a general rule do not choose hand expression.

  hopefully hand expression is important enough to remain part of the
essential knowledge adn teaching of all ibclc's despite the array of pumping
machines available.
