Have you thought of trying this mom on oxytocin nasal spray?  Check the archives for info on this.  Although I believe that Syntocinon was widely overused when it was available, it is a shame that we cannot get it very easily at all anymore - I think that for some moms it could make a crucial difference in preserving breastfeeding while other things are being worked on.
