Thanks, Kathleen and Jan...I am SO grateful to have the advice! I didn't think of looking under "lipase" or "soapy" milk in the archives. The mom says the milk is sour, so that's what I looked under. But I will give her all this fabulous advice, and I'll be looking in Lawrence when I'm not semi-comatose!
