Thank you for the Hale information regarding metformin. I am specifically looking for info regarding the dosage and indication for continuing
metformin after delivery in order to regulate insulin for full milk production after it is used to help a woman with PCOS to conceive.
Most women with PCOS are off the metformin during pregnancy and their OB's are unfamiliar with the idea that it may be necessary to begin it
again during lactation.
Anyone have references that address metformin and milk supply?
