Pat,
there was a sentence in my post that was misleading. Both breasts are tubular.
the 17 year old mentioned is no where near pg but bfg is very important to her. It is a hard call, because she may very well be self conscious of her anatomy, there fore wanting the op,
I think I would inform her of the option, of the SNS so at least she could make a decision knowing that she and her baby can still benefit from skin to skin, and nurturing at the breast.
Decision is hers.
