Hi all--
I am interested in pursuing training in craniosacral treatment with a
practice goal of being able to help the infants I see who have altered
ability to suck due to birth trauma. I sent an inquiry to my state board of
nursing (Oregon), regarding whether craniosacral is within my scope of
practice as an RN. They sent a message wanting more info regarding
craniosacral. Does anyone know whether this is within scope of practice for
an IBCLC? Does anyone who is an RN and IBCLC on Lactnet perform
craniosacral on infants as a part of their practice? Nikki Lee, can you
weigh in here?
Thanks from--
Martha Johnson RN IBCLC
