Especially in women inducing lactation (pumping and noticing every little
thing that comes out!), this isn't that rare.  It's usually before any
sustantial milk comes in, and seems to be just a clearing out of unused ducts
and tissue.  I have heard of black, red, yellow, and green.  After a few days
of getting milk, or Lactogenesis II in biological Mamas, it generally clears
up.  It's never been anything to worry about in the women I've talked to who
went to a specialist.
