When I think of this challenge, the only thing that comes to mind is a
collection of case studies organized by their problem. I am willing to
collect any and all case studies on a yearly basis and write them up to be
published and/or hosted on my website. Some catagories that come to mind
are: Inadequate treatment/mismangement of infections,
inappropriate/mismanagement of supplementation, medications, surgery and
inappropriate weaning of mother's milk... Credit would be given to those who
