Pat,
I don't know the website with the information you are referring to, but TX
does protect a woman's right to breastfeed.  In fact the TX Dept. of Health
prints a business sized card called "license to breastfeed".  On one side
the law is printed on the other side some benefits of breastfeeding are
listed.  These can be ordered from the info listed below.  (I have no
financial interest in this endeavor)
