You need to send this to [log in to unmask] My answer is that
they would only do followup if they wanted to protect their own
professional credentials, and do their best to encourage a good outcome in
their clients. If they don't give a damn, then they should feel free to
leave it along.

Why would they think that not calling would in any way be ok? They oughta
read some fo the 350 emails I get from the Medela website every month. The
number of mothers of preemies who fail at bf and who don't know how to d/c
the shield use is astonishing. Kathleen
