Sandra!
I didnt' know you were on lactnet. Your book was recommended to me
recently _Having Faith: An Ecologists Journey To Motherhood_ Then, in a
separate instance, I happened to come across it while browsing at
amazon and ordered it.
Can't wait to read it. Well, I can and I can't. My family history of
breast cancer, and the thought of my girls getting my toxin load via my
breastmilk is almost more than I can bear without launching into a full
load anxiety attack.
So what are your theories on fish consumption? Dr. Mercola lists six
'safe fish':

Summer flounder
wild pacific salmon
croaker
sardines
haddock
tilapia
Agree? Disagree?
What would be your recommendations to preganant and breastfeeding moms?
I probably council 5-10 preganant moms per week. It's an issue that
weighs heavily on my mind.
