Yes, this is certaily true with fresh EBM.  However, some of the
elements of human milk are "lost" or deactivated with freezing, so you
can't make the same assumption for thawed milk or even milk that's been
refrigerated as you can for fresh milk.  That's the area that we need
research on - exactly what changes occur when the milk has been
"altered" by storage and what remains unchanged?
