Many apologies if this has appeared on LACTNET and I did not catch it.
Evidently, there is a company out there called Children's Medical Ventures
(their 800# is 888-766-6443), and they are producing a pacifier that is
supposed to be specifically for breastfed babies. I have seen this pacifier,
and I did not get the impression that it would be any different than any
other pacifier. Is there anyone out there that has experience with the
Children's Medical Ventures pacifier? Is there any truth to their claim or
can I stick them in the G----- nuk pile? This inquiring mind wants to
know...
