Marie and others. I like the notion of suggesting to pregnant moms and dads
that whenever they give something new to their baby, they should taste it
first and then decide if the baby might like it. They do not need to do
this with breastmilk because it comes from a clean place to start with, I
add. When someone asks about giving formula, I tell them it is best to
taste it first to detemrine if it is ok. Most turn up their noses at the
thought--even if they have never had a baby. Gets the point across nicely
without myhaving to say a thing about what it contains. When asked to do
mention "cow juice and coconut oil" among other things.

Def. of LC service: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
