Hello,

My 8 y/o daughter has a lump under her left nipple.  The lump is firm and
about the size of a marble.  Her nipple is red and she says the lump hurts.
Her right side is normal.

She had this happen about two years ago and it resolved on it's own.  Could
this be the beginning of normal breast development at 8?

FYI, she is a gymnast and works out fairly hard at least three times a week.

Thoughts anyone?
