Thanks to Renate, Karen and Helen for their URLs for articles. I think that
the one I was specifically looking for has gone (I have the first page
printed off and it says that it was a draft) and I think replaced with one
of the documents that others provided addresses for.
Helen mentioned the WHO booklet on Relactation. I would like to say that in
my opinion this is by far the best publication on relactation/induced
lactation- anyone interested in this subject should have a copy. It gives a
great summary of the research in this area and does not contain any of the
myths that most writings on this subject contain.
