While the term Kathleem used wasn't professional, I can certainly
understand her use of it.  She was just that angry and frustrated.
Sometiimes we need to vent and with venting can come strong
terminology.  Better she say it here than to those she is p----d at.

Why is it OK for so-called professionals to "make a mom feel
inadequate", but we get blamed if she "feels guilty"?  Just musing!
