OK wise one's, here I am again this week with another unusual case, any
advise that you can offer is again very appreciated.

A mother (mid 20's) had a gastric bypass to lose weight one year ago. She
got pregnant before advised. She lost a total of 125 lbs in the past year,
55 lbs of which was during her pregnancy. She is concerned about her diet
and how it will affect her milk because she does not tolerate many foods
like fruits or vegetables and can only eat small amounts of food at a time.
We advised her to continue taking her prenatal vitamins which she does
tolerate and to try to maintain a well balanced diet with small meals
throughout the day.

Anything else? Is there anything we should be alerted to?
