Thank you to those who have sent cards.  I'm feeling much better, and the
cards were quite thoughtful and very cheering.  My hernia repair went well
and I should be back to work next week.  The revised Breastfeeding Atlas is
at the printers and I'll look forward to being at the ILCA conf. with it and
saying thanks in person to many of you.
