Just heard Liz Baldwin speak and she emphatically stated that babies are not
allowed in the courtroom. Quite all right to bring baby and have someone
hold baby outside the courtroom and even ask permission to take a break from
proceedings and BF in the hall, etc but never in the court room. I'd have to
check my notes from the conference but Liz also has info on this on LLL site
and I may be mistaken, but has her own site as well. (Liz Baldwin, for those
of you who don't know, is a lawyer who specializes in custody issues and
breastfeeding-a fantastic, funny speaker, as well.)
