Is it possible to point the chin in one direction while pointing

The nose and chin point to opposite areas. For example-if a baby in
football hold has its chin at the 9 o'clock part of the breast, its nose
will be at 3 o'clock. If the nose is at 9 o'clock, the chin is at 3
o'clock. I know they don't exactly point there in this hold-I'm
speaking hypothetically for the example. If one is at 8 o'clock, the
other is at 2 o'clock, etc.
