I've seen quite a few cases of mild dysphagia and aspiration in
breastfed babies.  Often extending the head and changing positions as
Barbara Latterner pointed out is enough to improve the situation.  I
would also recommend very short, very frequent breastfeeding.  Often
babies with dysphagia will decompensate as they tire, keeping the
feeding short might minimize the aspiration and also help rachet down
mom's generous supply a bit.  If mom's MER is very strong, this could be
contributing to the problem.  A nipple shield can be helpful while the
supply is decreased, as Barbara Wilson Clay wrote.
