Dear Karen, I may be wrong but I don't think she meant that as a flame.  I'm
an RN, have worked as hospital LC and am really glad that I don't have to
work in a hospital anymore :-)  The Mickey Mouse rules used to drive me
totally crazy and it always took a minimum of 3 months to get anything
changed :-)  So I identify where her Thank Goodness came from :-)  I know,
