Barbara's advice, and Cynthia's, is correct and appropriate. My initial
"butt out" statement was an expression of my frustration for the
continuation of these kinds of beliefs.
In a consult, using the reflective listening techniques, etc, will be very
productive, I think. Thanks to those who put into words the correct
approach/response. Losing patience sometimes....but I am glad for Barbara
and others who are more patient, at times, than I.
