To *make this point* with unit staff when explaining how and why a particular
baby's current BF problem/challenge/difficulty is L&D related, I sometimes
say to the staff member "If all these 30+ babies a day here were the result
of unmedicated "natural" childbirth, I would not have this job, ....you would
not need me", .....response: a wide-eyed "Really?"
