Kathy, did you figure out how to reply to this? I read the whole article and
it is disappointing.  They are judging this pamphlet for the whole world
based on upper class US beliefs/knowledge/resources. Even in the US the type
of health care they are advocating isn't available to everyone. Sincerely,
