Sorry this is so late, but if you need some more info on nursing and
lupus, you might try the Lupus Foundation. Also, you should know that
Plaquenil is approved by the AAP for use in breastfeeding. Check out
Hale for more info. I am collecting information about breastfeeding
mothers who have Sjogren's syndrome which is related to Lupus.
Plaquenil is the major drug treatment. I have corresponded with a
number of women who have taken this while breastfeeding. If you need
