I guess it depends on how hot you're talking about. Three of my
kids were big time spitters. (I guess I got my come uppance for
being a spitter myself when I was a baby) There were a couple of
times the kids spit onto my face (that's what I get for holding
them up to coo at them before they're 6 months old and stop spitting)
the milk they spit up was hot, but I just thought that was the way
it was, never thought anything of it.
They grew and devloped normally, I just did a lot of laundry those
first few months.
