I haven't personally used the Isis, but I have heard wonderful reports
from everyone I know who has.  When my first child was born, I had to go
back to work at 15 weeks and pumped.  I was on a mailing list at the
time called the Pumping Moms Information Exchange.
http://www.pumpingmoms.org  As I recall, at the time there were several
women on that list using the Isis.  Subscribing to the Pump List might
be a good way to get some more moms stories about how it has worked for
them.
