Whilst searching for the article on pumps in Pediatrics, I came across
another article (full text available online)
"Postpartum Consequences of an Overlap of Breastfeeding and Pregnancy:
Reduced Breast Milk Intake and Growth During Early Infancy "

I'd be interested to know others opinions. On initial inspection it seems to
imply that BF during pregnancy contributes to poor weight gain in the
subsequent baby, although only measured to the 1 month outcomes.
