Susan,

Thanks for your well-thought out post on use and followup of moms using
the SNS. It gave me lots of food for thought, and suggestions for
improving practice. It's certainly not the fix-all thing I had been led
to believe it was. All this has made me want to investigate Jack's ideas
for a simplified system he has the moms make.
