Mother of 3 week old, 4.8 lb, 36 week  premie with Down Syndrome desperately
needs LC assistance.  Baby latched and nursed sporadically while in
hospital, but very little after going home. Has been pumping with PNS but
past 2 days dramatic decrease in production.  Desperate to nurse/provide
breastmilk for this baby.  Her sister who lives here called me today (I
worked with her when she nursed her babes) hoping I could give her some
guidance.  Mom lives in Frankfurt, Germany.  Please email me privately as
