No pumping, no dumping.

She may continue nursing with no pause nor fear of significant medicine
transfer into her milk.  Not breastfeeding is TOO dangerous to even consider
because of Prozac or Zoloft, even for a 35 weeker.

Consider:  Her baby has been receiving Prozac in utero for 3 months!  The
transplacental dose may well have exceeded the breastfeeding dose by quite a
bit.
