In the UK child pornography is dealt with at a specialist unit of Scotland
Yard in London our main police headquarters.
If you want a view on whether you are within the law in your country by
distributing pictures of a child breastfeeding discretely then I'd suggest
searching out your equivalent in your state and country for a definitive
view.
This must be of great interest all over the world.
In many states of the US there are specific laws designed to protect nursing
mothers in public, LLLI has a page on this. Many state that the act of
breastfeeding cannot offend against public decency, nudity, obscenity laws
etc. The fact that it has been necessary to enact such laws at all shows
that there probably are people sharing the view of your complainant and
clarifying your position legally would be a good idea.
In a bottle feeding culture where women have their breasts surgically
altered so they look smell and feel like more like feeding bottles to their
partners than real breasts weird attitudes are something we all have to cope
with in lactation work.
Good luck to all you fighting this , I'm just keeping my head down for the
present.
