Hello All,
Some time ago, I wrote a referenced letter to send to insurance companies,
justifying reimbursement for breast pump rental.  Now my boss has asked me
to write a similar letter justifying reimbursement for LC services. I am
sure some of you already have such letters in your files, can you please
share?  I would like to include references to studies on cost savings to
health care systems, and anything else that would appeal to the bottom-line.
I am thinking of a letter that could be used not only to send for individual
claims, but to use on an institutional level, for negotiating contracts; and
for convincing new administrators of the value LCs bring through increased
customer satisfaction.
