A client of mine has a custody hearing on Monday for
her older daughter. She has been told that she cannot take the baby into
the courtroom. The hearing will last approximately 3 hours. What can I do
to help her with the court to allow her baby to be with her in a sling?
I was told that I might be able to write a letter to the court, but I don't
know the first thing about how to address my self (?Breastfeeding advocate)
or what to include in the letter that might help the court to allow her baby
in the courtroom.
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
