Thank you for all of your pearls of wisdom.  I was able to find a response from Dr Newman in the Archives on this subject as well.  I am going to give the mom the information I have collected and let her make up her own mind about the use of her saved breastmilk.

Baby is healthy and thriving at 4 weeks of age.  Pre and post weights yielded 10 oz gain!!  baby showing  no signs of yeast, but both are being treated.

Changing the World one Breastfed baby at a time!
