Dear Friends:
My oldest daughter, Vanessa, had a dreadful case of acne when she was
about 4-6 weeks old: big wet disgusting pimples all over my sweet baby girl's
face. This was in 1975, and I had the idea that I had to drink cow's milk
because I was breastfeeding. I hated cow's milk (and still do) so my solution
was to have a chocolate ice cream soda everyday.
Some helpful soul from LLL suggested cutting out the chocolate, and
VOILA, Vanessa's acne disappeared in two days.
