I am helping a mom who has had milk supply problems with both babies,
asymmetric breasts with evidence of insufficient glandular tissue. We have
a compounding pharmacy and can get domperidone legally. Her milk supply has
come up with domperidone, but dips when she goes off for a day. Her health
care provider is nervous about continuing to renew prescriptions and is
seeking info on extended use of domperidone. Can anyone point me to info on
this subject? Thanks in advance.
