Gabrielle Palmer's Politics of Breastfeeding includes an
appendix of "artificial feeding mishaps". The most recent
version that I have is from 1993, so it is not up to date.
NABAs Selling Out Mothers and Babies, just out this
year, also has an appendix of "recalls of infant feeding
products" Marsha Walker put that volume together.
She references the FDA Enforcement Report HFI-20
5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20857
I think that recalls usually come from the FDA in this
country. Perhaps they have general info on notification
etc. on their website.
Marsha, do you know more about this?
