Wow! What a puzzler.  Since this comes from such an experienced mom, we
can't chalk it up to misinterpretation or misinformation.  Is this
possibly a case where oxytocin nasal spray would help?  It doesn't
"make" milk, but would enhance delivering whatever is there in hopes of
stimulating more production.  I'm wondering also about hitting the
problem from all angles-not just Domperidone, but possible herbal
galactagogues as well such as More Milk Plus or at least fenugreek.
She also states her forceful MER "is now under control".  How was it
brought under control?  Is it possible she overdid something to achieve
that result?
